By using DayTick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of Service

DayTick is provided as-is for your personal productivity management. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.

2. Account & Data

  • You maintain full ownership of all data you enter into DayTick.
  • All data is stored locally on your device - we have no access to your content.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data (iCloud backup recommended).

3. Pro Subscription

  • Pro features are subscription-based with optional recurring billing.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via iOS Settings.
  • Refunds are processed by Apple per their policy.
  • Prices are displayed in the app and subject to change with notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use DayTick for any unlawful purpose. Respect the app's intent as a productivity tool.

5. Disclaimer

DayTick is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from your use of DayTick. Always maintain backups of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

DayTick, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Robin. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
